Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with fourteen days free. You can also use HonestFace free with up to five patients for as long as you like.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is locked away. You can still open, export and back up every record. You just can't add new patients beyond the free limit or new staff beyond your plan.
Can I change plans?
Any time, in the app. Apple handles upgrades, downgrades and refunds.
Do you offer invoices for my accounts?
Apple sends a receipt for every payment. For a VAT invoice, see your purchase history in the App Store, or contact Apple Support.
